The Women Development Foundation (WDF) initiated the project to improve the development of leadership skills among the women of Maharashtra. The leadership skills were provided to women’s organizations, community structures, faith-based organizations, youth organizations and other women’s civil sector organizations to help them succeed in the work they do for communities. The foundation focus on supporting women to uplift the lifestyle, education and health awareness and cleanliness drive for a hygienic living  of young girls and women from rural areas of Maharashtra.
